3. The coffee station of the second floor was handy, on one occasion we happened to be grabbing a cup when one of the staff was incredibly sweet to us, he was clearing up from a meeting and insisted on getting us larger cups from the kitchen than the ones provided pouring us Starbucks coffee and giving us free range to the big trays of cookies that were left.

7. Having the breakfast & cocktails as part of my package was a big plus, because while both were delicious, they were pricey - cocktails were upwards of $20, but they did use unusual ingredients; breakfast was $15 for a pretty basic continental, though a lot of fresh fruit.
"Friendly, interesting, historic and well-located hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/4/2011 Vote
8. It didn't bother us as the white noise helped block out the noise outside the room (from the lifts and also a big conference/business related party that was happening on the 2nd floor on one of the nights).
"Good hotel, shame about missing items " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/7/2011 Vote
