1. The Outrigger Keauhou (Kay-OW-Ho) is like your Hawaiian Auntie - warm, welcoming, fun, - a few cracks and wrinkles here and there - but you know you're home and loved when you're with Auntie.

10. The boarding pass printing feature is welcome (in the 'olden' days, Outriggers made you pay per minute and per page and it was quite tiresome).
