3. They have a large parking lot for self-park (an extra charge of about $7) which has a nice tree shade cover and the parking spaces are generous.

6. I am also more forgiving that my wife, who rates the Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort as a 6 due to the dated guest rooms, inferior washrooms (including the lack of proper bathtubs), and the general poor state of the physical building.

7. Our room was generally clean but our bathroom should have been checked more closely before our arrival as there were hairs in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor - not a great start.
