1. I read all the reviews prior to booking and durring my stay I found that any negative comments were like not buying the perfect house because you don't like the color of the mail box.

2. Slept with the door open and listened to the waves crashing - perfect white noise:)The bar is also a great place to watch the world go by, lovely ocean views, and some wonderful Hawaiian entertainment and cocktails.

5. We stayed at the Hapuna Prince Hotel (double the price) after the Outrigger and realized that their hotel and breakfast buffets were much fancier, but we were perfectly happy with the Outrigger and would stay there again.
