1. I don't care much as a rule for places that charge you $10/night to park, especially when half the parking spots are under trees which dump tree junk all over your car every night.

7. The hotel building does need some loving care, as there are obvious maintenance projects to do such as painting, and the elevators definitely need an overhaul - they were noisy and frequently one of the three was out of order.
