1. My beefs are daily parking charge $10/day, breakfasst was ok but OJ watery and coffee terrrible, same everyday except for breakfast meat, servicing of room was spotty - things not cleaned and towels not replaced.

6. Our room was comfortable, sheets were changed and clean, bathroom was clean (except I had to tell front desk twice that the sink was clogged), clean shower, but the green carpet is dated but didnt 'look' dirty.

10. We were there over Christmas week so maybe they were overwhelmed or depressed by having to work, but the service at the Verandah lounge was mostly terrible, with the exception of Melody, who was great.
