1. I needed an ironer that was not in the room for some reason it took me hours to get reception and then it took them hours to bring it.

3. at the front desk the three males were very polite and helpful I slept comfortably, but for some reason the room was very hot (it was winter) but there was air condioner so I just turn it on.

8. Where breakfasts are usually complimentary in other BWs, this one offers it at an additional charge, but if you want something quick, there are a few places around the corner that are more reasonable priced.

10. I understand that the elevators are small and crowded so it might be reasoned that keeping them in the hallway on the floors was at least convenient.
