5. this hotel was excellent value and even do the rooms are small they where very well layed out , the rooms where really clean and the bed was comfortable, the only down side we had was that there was a elvator shaft runing up the wall of the room and it was very noisey.

6. Yes the rooms are smaller, basic rooms but my queen sized bed was clean and comfortable in my non smoking room.

7. at the front desk the three males were very polite and helpful I slept comfortably, but for some reason the room was very hot (it was winter) but there was air condioner so I just turn it on.

9. We fortunately, were able to upgrade to a king room, and since part of our initial complaint about a small room, small bed also included a complaint about a very stained comforter cover we were only charged $25 instead of the usual $50 they generally charge.
