1. I could walk to most things I wanted to do and the subway access is conveniently close.

2. save yourself money and go to the Olympic Diner for breakfast -turn left out of the hotel and then right - it's on the other side of the road - half the price of breakfast elsewhere -also convenient for the metro station if you are heading that way.
