1. )The hotel decor is really funky but totally let down by the standard of cleanliness not only in the rooms but in the communal areas.

2. Otherwise, room is very small, superficial cleanliness at best, heating and cooling made so much noise that we couldn't sleep, bags of laundry in the hall all the time, lobby is neither relaxing nor interesting people-watching.
