1. Unfortunately, my general experience was that it isn't the best place to stay for business.

2. We fortunately, were able to upgrade to a king room, and since part of our initial complaint about a small room, small bed also included a complaint about a very stained comforter cover we were only charged $25 instead of the usual $50 they generally charge.

5. I heard from other guests that internet was generally slow except in lobby which is why, I imagine, lobby was always packed with people on their laptops.

6. I stay at a lot of Best Westerns and generally they are good bang for your buck, but they dropped the ball on this place big time.

7. The size was fine as we were not in the room very much, but the general condition was a bit run down, particularly the bathroom (cracked tiles, missing grout in the shower, and not particularly clean).

8. 'Talked to the general manager two days later (checked in on weekend) and right away he attacked us by saying we were being unreasonable for trying to reach a manager after the incident late at night even though the staff has told us no one is on duty (which she didn't).

9. I liked alot in a general way, people are very helpfull, and you can reserve at the hotel lobby a shuttle for a lot of places, like teather AirPort or tourism spots.
