Yes, the rooms are small, but when in NYC, why need a
huge
room, especially if you are attending work related conferences or traveling just for fun? The rooms have always been exteremly clean and the renovations are gorgeous.

The corridors of this dump of a hotel are extremely narrow yet they are permanently crowded with laundry carts and
huge
waste collection bins on wheels.

We didnt eat at the hotel as there are so many places to eat out - a favourite of ours was 'Juniors' and 'Roxy's' for breakfast -
huge
portions.

Doormen simply don't exist, you have to open the
huge
and heavy doors everytime you come in and out (for an older one, or the moment you need to pass with your luggage, or simply after a exausting day in Manhattan it becomes quite a big headache).

It seems that because of that, there's a
huge
black market for drugs.
