5. Overall though, surrounding area is beautiful, there are restaurants, shops and coffee places within walking distance and outside of some of the hotel staff, Hawaii is an incredibly friendly and happy place.

6. The breakfast buffet was great; food of course pricey (it's hawaii), but all very good--they had a few deals, like happy hour drinks and half price entrees a few days, which was very reasonable and again, good quality food.

10. I know they were busy, and probably didn't want to be working during a holiday, but really, it's their job to make the guest at the hotel happy.
