9. The staff was alright, but in comparison to mostly helpful and friendly staff on our other stays (we lived at the Outigger reef on the Beach in Waikiki, Bamboo Orchid in Volcano national park and Ka'anapali Beach Hotel in Maui) they were rather cool and distanced.
