1. A couple of times we placed orders with the wait staff only to have it totally forgotten, so the best thing is to just go to the bar area and get your own drinks and such, as the waiters could easily be distracted and your order never received.

5. Yes, there are those who think of this hotel as 'best Western Waikoloa' but the rooms have those nice comfy beds you sink into and most all of the rooms face towards the ocean or the bay (compared to the Hilton or Mauna Kea where a good portion of the rooms have a 'mountain view' only).

10. A great omelette bar, loads of fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, the worlds best banana bread, fresh juices, yoghurt, oatmeal, cereals, many breakfast meats, homefries and even rice and veggies.
