1. The only place you can get the 'free' Wifi is in the lobby and only in certain areas.

2. All very nicely told me that even though I was planning to spend over $4,000 on the hotel stay, there was nothing they could do to help me and would not give me the free nights stay I was lead to believe I would get with the reservation at the Waikoloa and visa card.

7. The $25/night 'resort fee' is irritating, as most average people will only use the parking and possibly the wired internet (Come on guys, Super 8 has free wi-fi), but it was a necessary evil.
