6. Finally a tip: if the only reason you have to go to this property is the beach (which is very nice), there is a public park with plenty of parking and restrooms / showers just south of the property.

7. But the area is subject to strong winds, and when it is windy, the staff will not allow beach umbrellas for obvious safety reasons --- so if you are planning to sit on the beach for hours on end, be prepared for the prospect of no shade and fierce sun.
