1. I love the Big Island and the weather and beaches are outstanding but I can say that Kauna'Oa Beach (the beach the Mauna Kea faces) is no nicer than many others and this resort is the worst and most poorly priced of any I have stayed at - ever.

4. The rooms are fine, certainly not overly plush, but it's Hawaii --- what are you doing in the room anyway? Food is outstanding throughout, but expensive.
