1. I had to call housekeeping at 4pm because they still hadn't cleaned my room, there was no room at the pool (small) and even at the beach you had to work harder for a chair.

Trying to get a seating for breakfast seemed completely beyond the waitstaff even early in the morning, and having made reservations in the evening we were routinely left waiting for 10 to 15 minutes while a table was being 'prepared' - this with empty table with clean cutlery right infront of us.
