6. The light switches were impossible to figure out even after a week of staying there (my kids mad a bit more headway than I) -- what happened to simply flicking on the lights?? Also, the hotel replaced the original doors that were equipped with beautiful, adjustable wood louvers with doors so heavy they could stop a bullet.
