Other genius ideas from the accounting department include $15-a-day self parking at a satellite lot (valet is even higher) & obscene daily Wi Fi charges - when you are paying a top rate of $500 to $775 a day it's not really about the money, it's about feeling like you are being played - for a place that relies on repeat business with long term stays, these are not good ways to maintain good will.

9. All of the amenties are here for a resort of this quality: nice robes, good flat screen TV with many options, coffee/tea maker, iron/board, large safe big enough for most laptops, empty fridge for YOUR things (not an expensive minibar,) etc.
