1. Just when you have thought that the property was the best, they go and take service up a notch and personalize your checkin/checkout process, lei you with a nut (male) flower (female) lei and welcome you to the property and explain everything.

2. Didnt give us any information on the resort charge benefits (had to get them when we registered for the 5 nights (2 days later), didn't get the starwood welcome gift (got it 2 days later) and the list goes on.
