1. She proceed to tell me that the starwood points were for a traditional room which they were not and she disappeared for another 15 minutes and came back to tell us she found us a room - beleive me she wasn't a happy camper.

2. Well I can tell you that you can go to happy Hour and have a great meal and have a drink each, and eat their homemade potato chips and leave with a bill under $40.

3. Rumfire has a good happy Hour, and close within walking distance is the Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and I bet you think it is very expensive.

5. This was not for a few nights that we were staying it was 12 nights and being a Starwood Preferred Guest, they couldnt just suck it up just to keep a customer happy considering that it was my right.

6. We were extrememly happy about our atmosphere at the Hale Koa in comparison, where they kicked people out if they didn't belong at the hotel or were trying to spend the night at the local parks.

9. The manager told me that because of the convenience of this location, they can charge whatever they want, and can offer marginal service, and customers will continue to book rooms, and be happy to do so.
