4. So with 3 different room categories I was not sure what was going to happen with a hotel that full, but the awesome front staff employee went back to see what her manager could do and we were able to have ALL the nights in a higher category room on the 14th floor with an amazing view of Diamond head.

5. Kids pool is awesome and food in restaurants is good, little bit overpriced but that is expected for hotel of this class and location.

7. Nicest staff around, ESPECIALLY Serina, the concierge who helped up plan so many fun, easy, awesome excursions on a walk-up basis at the front desk help area.

8. We we're invited to attend the manager's cocktail Wednesday night at the Sheraton Leahi club lounge at the 30th floor and the view was awesome and the food too.

9. Certainly we enjoyed an awesome view of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach but the room was small and shabby and lacking in many of the comforts you would normally expect with a hotel of this standard (and this price).

Positives- Clean- Spacious room-AWESOME LOCATION- Nice Adults pool with a lovely view- after looking at other hotels and their pools sheraton seemed to be one of the nicestNegatives-unhelpful staff (our shower did not work and it was hours before anyone came to look at it)-Is catered mainly for the Japanese tourists-noisy and busy- no personal touches (it was our honeymoon but they didnt seem to careNow that i know what to expect i would only go back again if i got a good deal but i dont think its the best place for honeymooners.
