3. The renovated rooms are spacious and simple, the bathrooms are also relatively new -- the only old part of the room is the bathtub, which has seen better years (but I'm not overly picky about this).

8. The 'adults only' pool area is in a fantastic location overlooking the beach and the hotel needs to better manage this so only house guests use the pool.
