1. Just when you have thought that the property was the best, they go and take service up a notch and personalize your checkin/checkout process, lei you with a nut (male) flower (female) lei and welcome you to the property and explain everything.

7. So my advise to anyone seeking the best Rate Guarantee through Sheraton Hotels to defiantly make sure you are very clear about the rate as they are very misleading.

10. It's not huge, it gets a little crowded but the views are spectactular and one of the best places to have a tropical drink in the islands: floating on an orange bean bag in an infinity pool over looking the ocean and Diamond head.
