1. On the positive side, we appreciated that they kept tabs on the 'chair savers' by the pool - if a chaise was 'reserved' via towel or magazine without use for more than 2 hours, the pool staff would make that chaise available for those who were there wanting a chaise.

6. positives- Clean- Spacious room-AWESOME LOCATION- Nice Adults pool with a lovely view- after looking at other hotels and their pools sheraton seemed to be one of the nicestNegatives-unhelpful staff (our shower did not work and it was hours before anyone came to look at it)-Is catered mainly for the Japanese tourists-noisy and busy- no personal touches (it was our honeymoon but they didnt seem to careNow that i know what to expect i would only go back again if i got a good deal but i dont think its the best place for honeymooners.

8. The hotel is at the end of Waikiki beach with a prime corner position looking back over Diamond Head, so it's secluded and not right in the noise and hustle of Waikiki, but within a short walk to everything.

9. Considering that we were only in Oahu for two nights, Seth could have easily just dismissed my complaints about the bed situation and referred to hotel policy but he really did go the extra mile in making sure that we were satisfied and that our honeymoon started off on a positive note.

10. My massage room was evidently positioned next to the treadmills in the gym, which meant that every time someone got on or off the treadmill, I got to listen to their entire workout banging against the wall.
