2. We used Ingredients for take-out lunches (pizzas, sandwiches, hot dogs, cold drinks etc) when at the beach and the food was freshly prepared and really tasty.

5. It was my first time in Hawaii so I don't know how this hotel compares to other on the Islands but I love that the hotel lobby is open space that leads to the beach and pool area which allows the sea breeze to blow fresh ocean air upon entering the hotel.

6. Our favorite incident so far was the Asian Chicken Salad we ordered at the pool bar for $14 -- it was perfect -- fresh cabbage, crispy won ton strips, etc.

7. They make really fresh pizzas, sandwhiches and salads so we didn't have to leave the resort.

8. We are Starwood Gold Members, use AMEX Platinum and booked Oceanview Suite, so I thought we would be greeted with a fresh lei and maybe a bottle of water after the long flight.

9. I liked the Spa treatments (massage and reflexology) but beware, the night I was there the spa attendant was NOT cleaning the showers between guests and actually straightened up the used foot towels instead of placing a new fresh one.
