7. The renovated rooms are spacious and simple, the bathrooms are also relatively new -- the only old part of the room is the bathtub, which has seen better years (but I'm not overly picky about this).

9. POSTIVITES:Sheraton Waikiki is an amazing looking hotel, the rooms are very spacious and roomy we booked a partial ocean view room and we could see a lot of the sea from our balcony and watching the sunset at night was amazing.

Amenities:There are two pools -- an adult infinity pool and an all-ages pool, Peet's Coffee & Tea offered good & affordable fare (the hotel had other pricier dining venues, which we did not try), terrific sunset views from infinity pool, pretty & spacious open-air lobby with many shops (lobby was busy but we had no trouble relaxing at the many tables/chairs/pool chairs + 2 hammocks near infinity pool end), two billiards tables, free uncrowded computer center, gym, laundry.
