1. Staff are friendly, beds are comfortable, rooms are fairly quiet if you get one closer to the end of the hallway.

2. Very clean, gorgeous lobby, atms at both ends of the lobby, quiet floor, helpful staff and Starbucks coffee available in the lobby cafe with a decent priced gift shop & jewelry boutique also available.
