1. Excellent service all the way around -- and every staff member that we interacted with was outstanding -- from housekeeping, room service, cafe, front desk, etc -- these employees provide their guests with an outstanding experience from check in to check out.

5. Without a doubt our experience, from the minute we walked in at 7am after a red eye flight and were immediately given a beautiful room, to staff throughout the day and the stay making sure all of our Select Guest preferences were met, it was one outstanding experience after another.

The hotel is absolutely outstanding in every respect:-easy to drive to-the valet parking guys were helpful and friendly-the porter was welcoming-gorgeous lobby-the room smelled clean, and it was spic and span-we ate our first meal at the hotel (the Marquee bar?), and the crab cakes were the best meal of our vacation-the bed and pillows were super comfy-the room was quiet-room service was super fast-the view from the room was great (looking south you can see the Washington Monument)-the buffet breakfast was the best we have ever had-driving: -about 10 minutes to the Kennedy Center-walking -four minutes to the greatest burritos east of CaliforniaWe got the 'Zoo' package which included parking and breakfast -great value.
