1. Importantly, the hotel is 2 mn walk from the metro which we found to be cheap, efficient and easy to use, and helped us navigate the city in a cost effective way - (note the Metro does not go to Georgetown - although a taxi each way is about $10.

I would highlyrecommend this hotel in terms of comfort, luxury, beauty and, for the most part service, but I would also VERY STRONGLY ADVISE this hotel that they NEED to brief some of their baggage porters about the need for proper etiquette and conduct and also improve the promptness and efficiency of their baggage service.
