1. While the hotel is good and we got decent spacious rooms, i somehow felt the woodley park area where the hotel is located is quite dead compared to say a dupont circle.

2. Very clean, gorgeous lobby, atms at both ends of the lobby, quiet floor, helpful staff and Starbucks coffee available in the lobby cafe with a decent priced gift shop & jewelry boutique also available.

7. In fact, I wasn't even aware that any decent hotels in the DC area still allowed smoking, but apparently the Omni has a block rooms set aside for them.
