1. It's an older property and the rooms are spacious - truly making it feel like I'm 'home' at the end of the day.

2. Not for those with small kids to do, although it is next to rock creek so I imagine those who like to jog or even go for walks with kids might benefit form this.

3. I have to confess when I first saw it I thought of a hospital (outside facade), but don't worry it isn't like that inside at all.

5. I also liked the hotel's location, in a quieter neighborhood, with enough around to easily walk and get whatever you need.
