1. It is accessable via the metro across the road and has some very nice restaurants nearby worth going to.

2. It is nice to get out of the main corridor (K-Street) for a change and venture to the Northwest on Connecticut Avenue for some nice surroundings (Rock Creek) and some pretty good and reasonably priced restaurants nearby.

4. Enough about the trip : ) The hotel linens were great, room was much larger than expected with a nice view of the Washington Monument from our room.
