The front desk receptionist seemed slightly detached and uninterested, according to my recollections, and the hotel doorman on that duty that day was quite
unfriendly
and unhelpful.

Sure we used priceline for booking this hotel, but did that give them a red flag to be
unfriendly
and give us the smallest room the hotel has? This room although had a comfortable bed was so small we felt so confined and wound up leaving sunday night instead of monday morning because we couldn`t take the small space anymore.

- The staff, who, according to the hotel pamphlet, are 'trained by the Joffrey Ballet in grace' and other mumbo jumbo, were, for the most part, clueless and pretty
unfriendly
.

Each time I contacted a member of the front desk, they were completely neutral, neither friendly nor
unfriendly
, kinda like a robot.
