1. lacking however, was the personal touches that I would expect in order to make this so high.
"Suprised this is so high " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/24/2012 Vote
2. And the customer service that others have raved about seemed to be sadly lacking in our experience.
"There's a reason it is no longer #1 on Trip Advisor " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/20/2012 Vote
3. A lack of soundproofing seems to be fairly common in all hotels though, so I wasn't overly bothered by the noise.
"Trendy and Nice! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/23/2012 Vote
4. Overall I'd put this hotel on the low-end of four star, but it makes up for lack of overall luxury and detail by getting the basics right and the staff being quick to undo the constant annoyances.
"Good, not great " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/25/2012 Vote
5. The lack of natural light was exacerbated by the color scheme, which featured beige walls and carpeting, red and purple upholstery, dark wood, charcoal doors and, in the bathroom, grey and white marble.
"Great location, not-so-great aesthetics " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/16/2012 Vote
6. The personable attitude even made up for a mattress that could be more comfortable, a very small bathroom and some quirky details like lack of coffee in the room and a too-short hair dryer cord.
"Very Pleasant " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/7/2012 Vote
7. I was disappointed in the lack of any HD options in the TV and, actually, the picture was so bad, I opted to watch the game on my computer instead of on TV - luckily the internet was fast enough to provide good quality streaming.
"Excellent Service, Great Location, Beautiful Hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/19/2012 Vote
8. One thing lacking from the room was a coffee pot.
"Nice hotel, good location. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/24/2011 Vote
9. Only drawback was skimpy showerhead and lack of coffee pot in the room.
"exceptional stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/28/2011 Vote
10. Some of the finishings in the room could have used some attention, such as the lack of towel racks in the bathroom (holes were there for the rod, just one was not there) and peeling wall paper.
"Exceptional staff, but moderate in other ways " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/24/2011 Vote
