1. We drove into DC in the middle of the night, and there was a problem with our original reservation at another hotel across town.

2. I called down to see if there was anywhere I could buy coffee in the hotel, and they said they'd send a coffee maker up (which they did so about 15 minutes later) so problem was solved.

9. The room was every small, ever outdated and showed signs of wear and tear, it was so small that it was hard to walk around, if I was not alone it would be a problem moving around with two people in the room at the same time.
