The staff was even better, I have stayed at other nice hotels feeling
uncomfortable
by a not so friendly staff, NOT the case at the Palomar.

My complaint is similar to others I have read--we were stuffed into a back area where spare furnitue is stored--very
uncomfortable
and dirty.

The few areas for improvement that I noticed did not impact my stay negatively, for example there was a slight 'doggy smell' in my room which was not a major problem, but could be considered
uncomfortable
by some.
