1. My room was tiny and very cramped, the King bed barely fit in the space, and it was awkward manoeuvring around the bed to get to the closet, etc.

6. The rooms were great ( tiny things didn't work during my October stay, like the Hair Dryer) and check-in and check-out was efficient though ordinary, but it was the service at their Urbana Restaurant that let the brand down.
