8. During October, the room adjacent to mine was occupied by what seemed to be a hen's party with 20 people in the room and very loud partying way past midnight ( I finally complained to reception at 1 am and whilst security gave the girls the message to zip it up seeing there had already been earlier complaints, it had no impact and the hotel had seemingly no desire to act nor could they offer me an alternate room).
"Great Rooms, great location, but service can improve " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/22/2011 Vote
9. The room was very cookie cutter nothing special at all and in fact there was very bad water pressure in the bathroom and when we mentioned it to the front desk they told us that many guests have complained about that - so why hasn't it been addressed??? Another nice touch at Kimpton Hotels is wine tasting in the evening but the problem at this hotel is that is so crowded there was no where to sit and enjoy a glass of wine unless you wanted to stand in the area where check in /check out was, not very relaxing.
"not what I was hoping for " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/10/2011 Vote
