1. unfortunately at 2am one night there was a fire and evacuation alarm which saw us outside in the freezing cold (thankfully for only a short time).

10. If their Spa rooms were not this great, I would book elsewhere, but unfortunately I don't know of any other chain with this equipment in this price range.
