1. The internet access is very poor and I would expect better of a Kimpton hotel, this can be very annoying if you are trying to work from your room, where the desk facilities are very good.

2. Having to sign up for the InTouch program to get Wifi was kind of annoying - why not just give us Wifi? Coffee in the lobby in the mornings and the gym is pretty nice for a hotel gym.

9. The biggest annoyance was that -- like many hotels -- the windows of my room were hermetically sealed; I like to open my windows if weather permits, and I find it beyond annoying when I'm denied that choice.
