1. The rooms do not look like the website photos, which of course you expect, but when paying around $350 per night for a room, you expect a little more than a dark room with worn furnishings.

2. My room was large with a patio, but the rugs were ratty, the furnishings worn, and the public rooms were nothing to speak of.
