1. It almost did not happen as I encountered a rather unhelpful staff person (I won`t mention her name but others have in their earlier reviews) who told me no specials were available when I first called to book the special.

2. Two small criticisms, don`t use the directions from the hotel website they are totally unhelpful -call for directions and the room where guests have breakfast is not really in keeping with the rest of the hotel, it lacks `soul`, almost the atmosphere of a public library.
