1. negatives: my complaints are really with the rooms - our room became very loud every hour or so with what may have been the pool pump, our bathroom took on a sewage smell when draining the bathtub.

2. If I had a negative it would be that we were on the ground floor and a family with 3 small children directly above us created noise as I was trying to read and enjoy a bit of classical music.

My wife and I got a Junior Suite and here's a list of the negatives and positives (keep in mind that most of these negatives weren't horrible, but from from the standpoint of expectations when paying about $350/night):negatives:- The floors of the suite were stained concrete made to look like tiles.
