3. The hotel provide a complimentary breakfast and newspaper, which is very rare in hotels in the USA and every day in reception there are fresh chocolate chip cookies for guests.

4. We called ahead of time to see if could check in early, we were greeted with warm baked chocolate chip cookies and hot chocolate, they provided us with towels to dry off and umbrellas for our use while we were there.
