1. Great location to walk to shopping and restaurants, yet away from the noise.

2. If I had a negative it would be that we were on the ground floor and a family with 3 small children directly above us created noise as I was trying to read and enjoy a bit of classical music.

4. Location - The location really is great - the hotel is far enough away from State Street that you don`t get any noise, but close enough (2-3 blocks) to walk there any time.

5. We spent one night in a first floor room outside the courtyard, and there was some issue with noise- a group of people were up early , and their conversation was loud enough to be heard through the door.

6. My wife and I stayed at the Inn in mid September and like the other recent reviewer were allocated room 13 but I`m delighted to say without any problems with plumbing noises.

8. We never did get to the bottom of the reason for the noise - plumbing fault, odd & inconsiderate neighbours running baths repeatedly at 1am or a design fault in this part of the hotel (we were in room 13) but we did then get off to sleep.

9. 30am we were woken by incredibly loud and persistant plumbing noises of tanks filling and water running.

10. Now, one expects occasional noise when another guest flushes the loo etc, but this was very loud and just didn`t stop.
