1. My only complaint is that I only stayed here one night.

2. Negatives: my complaints are really with the rooms - our room became very loud every hour or so with what may have been the pool pump, our bathroom took on a sewage smell when draining the bathtub.

4. Lack of night staff was our only complaint as we arrived late and the poor chap on reception had to help us with our bags as there was no one else there, but he oblidged without a murmur.

5. The other two complaints I have are that the king bed is very bouncy, so when one person even shifts his or her weight, the whole bed moves.
