1. Are you kidding me? I told them we had kids, I requested a crib, and the put us on the second floor when there is NO ELEVATOR to get to 2nd floor, and NO PORTER to carry your bags up for you? Seriously?? Do you have kids? Elderly relatives? A bad knee? Sorry, you have to carry your bags and kids up the stairs all by yourself.
